A house close to everything

Great location…8 mins from Zoo and 13 to SeaWorld.

I have been using VRBO for many years and this is probably the best property I have stayed in. First off inside and out it is a very attractive, charming, well kept, clean property. The living room is a good size, nicely furnished, opening up into the kitchen and a charming breakfast nook. A nice setup for a family traveling together as we were. All the kitchen /bath supplies we needed were supplied. We spent a great part of our time at the picnic table and swing on the deck in the rear of the house overlooking a canyon. A great spot to hang out.The location was perfect for folks who like a leisurely walk. It is a residential area just a short (around 15 minutes) walk over a pedestrian bridge to a the lively neighborhood of Hillcrest with many shops, restaurants and Trader Joe’s and Ralph’s. Gabe is a great host… he answers all communications very quickly. All of his check in instructions were clear and timely. He lives in the area and can get to the house easily if necessary. He did come by while we were there to replace a battery in the thermostat. ….a very friendly, pleasant fellow. Thanks Gabe for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very charming! We loved the succulents out front and the canyon out back. There were birds galore and you feel like you are at a sanctuary. The location is great and we were 20 minutes max to Coronado and La Jolla. The split bedroom layout and two bathrooms worked well for our group. There is a W/D shared with the tenant below if you need it. I’d recommend an eye mask if you are sensitive to morning light. The bedrooms were pretty bright, but that’s personal preference.
